S3R’s mission now more than ever: to reduce residual materials management costs for companies and to reduce their environmental footprint
Laval, August 25, 2022 – S3R, a consulting firm specializing in cost reduction and optimization for residual materials management, is getting a makeover with three new owners at the helm. Jean-Philippe Jutras, Daniel Ringuette and Jean-François Paquin are more determined than ever to reduce the environmental footprint of Quebec businesses with innovative solutions adapted to their needs.

S3R evaluates and analyzes waste management processes to determine how to better recover, recycle and reduce at source the materials generated by thousands of businesses, while saving their clients money with a shared-savings formula.
“We chose to embark on the S3R adventure because landfill costs have an impact not only on society but also on a company’s bottom line. Our solution has the potential to divert hundreds of thousands of tonnes from landfill and save our clients 40 to 80 per cent on their waste management costs. At a time when the climate crisis is of concern to us all, S3R offers a concrete solution that’s quickly taking hold,” said Daniel Ringuette, Vice President of Operations.
“S3R has been in business more than 10 years, so we can see the real impact that our expertise has had on many Quebec companies over the years, in sectors such as agri-food, manufacturing, distribution, transportation and pharmaceuticals.
